Ⅰ.Main Structure

1.Wall: Steel frame lightweight concrete wall panels are adopted. The wall consists of inner and outer building boards, with a middle layer of lightweight concrete poured around steel keels. All walls are prefabricated in the factory according to drawing dimensions. Exterior wall performance: The thickness of exterior walls and household partition walls is 140mm, and that of internal partition walls is 120mm.Fire resistance rating exceeds 2 hours, and weighted airborne sound insulation Rw ≥ 40 dB.

2. Roof: Steel structure is adopted. The roof panel uses 50mm thick polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool panel, with 0.55mm thick color steel plate with fluorocarbon paint coating as the face sheet, and 0.4mm thick color steel plate with PE coating as the base sheet.

Ⅱ.Water and Electricity System

Water and electricity configuration of the house: Bedroom: 1 LED lamp, 1 switch, 2 sockets; Bathroom: 1 LED lamp, 1 switch, 2 sockets, 1 toilet, 1 shower room, 1 wash basin, 1 floor drain; Kitchen: 1 LED lamp, 1 switch, 2 sockets, 1 faucet, 1 floor drain.

1.Embedded electrical conduits and wire specifications: PVC electrical conduits are used for pre-embedding. Lighting circuits adopt BV1.5 wires, socket circuits adopt BV2.5 wires, and water heater socket circuits adopt BV4.0 wires. BV refers to copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated wires.

2. Water supply pipes, specifications: PP-R DN25, DN32. PP-R is made of random copolymer polypropylene.

3. Drainage pipes: PVC-U drainage pipes De110, De50.

Ⅲ.Door and Window System

The windows adopt 868 series aluminum alloy sliding windows, with 1.4mm thick aluminum alloy profiles and 6mm thick coated glass.The entrance door is a steel security door made of 0.8mm thick cold-rolled steel plate; interior doors are wooden composite doors with paint-free finish.

Ⅳ.Decoration and Finishing

1.Exterior wall: Flexible exterior wall putty, pure acrylic elastic coating;

2.Interior wall and ceiling: Interior wall putty, interior latex paint;

3.Floor: SPC stone plastic floor or ceramic tile paving;

4.Ceiling: Calcium silicate board suspended ceiling with latex paint finish.

Ⅴ.Enclosure Wall

Baked painted square steel grille enclosure wall is adopted
